Frequently asked questions
How I Can Buy the Car?
Once you place a bid, a Customer Relationship Manager will contact you and introduce themselves. They can help in the bid process, finding financing (if needed), and any trade in evaluation you require. Once you are happy with the deal package, you can complete the purchase.
Do I Need to Make a Payment?
Only once you are happy with the vehicle and the deal. You are in charge, and there is No Commitment to buy until you are satisfied.
How Do I Get My Car And How Do I Give Them My Trade?
Easy... Once you have come to terms with the deal, you can let your Customer Relationship Manager at the dealership know if you want to pick it up...Or if you want it delivered and your trade in picked up. They can arrange and schedule all that for you.

I really didn’t think that this was going to work. I have been to several dealers, and they are charging

I was skeptical that when I got to the dealership they would play games, but that didn’t happen. Everything was ready for me to sign, drop off my trade, and I was off in my new BMW 330. So, I had a good experience. I really didn’t know what to bid on the Ford Edge. The buy it now price was less

Then, my advisor called and said they would accept the bid. I was so happy, as my car just got totaled and I really needed a car.
